The Postal Envelope show will be on display at the
Double Dip Deli from September 1- 30, 2006.

Only the front of the envelope will be judged. Legibly print your name and complete address and phone number on the BACK of the frame and indicate your age group:   
 

Entries must be envelopes (no postcards) less than 1/4" thick, either handmade or manufactured. Envelopes may be no smaller than 5" x 3.5" and no larger than 7.5" x 5.5" or be a legal #10 business envelope (9 1/2 x 4 1/8 inches).

Entries must be cancelled by the Whitewater Postal Service. Arrangements have been made with the post office for you to have your entry hand cancelled and returned to you for framing. Postage stamp(s) must be canceled.

Entries must be delivered to the Double Dip Deli no later than August 25^th, 2006.  There is no entry fee.  Each contestant may submit one entry.

Use hand-executed or artistic lettering to address your envelope. You may use paint, ink, pencil, rubber stamps, or other standard media for illustration or embellishment and you may affix decorative elements (such as fabric) to the envelope. Also permitted: stickers; magazines, newspapers or other commercial materials. Incorporating the stamp into the design of the envelope. Lots of cool stamps are available at the post office.

Envelopes must be framed in an 8 X 10 or larger frame and have a wire hanging system. They will be exhibited at The Double Dip Deli September 1-30.

Entry must be addressed using hand-executed lettering and must be addressed to:
