Postal Envelope Art Judging Criteria
Only the front of the envelope will be judged. Legibly print your name, complete address and phone number on the BACK of the frame and indicate your age group:

1.     Originality

2.     Using the stamp as part of the overall design

3.     Artistic use of medium

4.     Envelope is addressed to the WAA

5.     Stamp is cancelled by the Whitewater Post Office

6.     There is no visible name or return address

7.     Hand lettered address and is part of the design of the envelope.
