“After moving to Whitewater, I felt I have found my place. I have never met so many creative and talented people all in the same area. Each person I was introduced to was in some way involved with the ‘arts’. Many created it, others were observers, but very interested. The Arts Alliance and its members are beginning to open up a whole new life for Whitewater. I am very proud to be a member of the Whitewater Arts Alliance as it continues to grow. I also enjoy painting on Thursdays at the Double Dip Deli with the Young at Heart Nifty Ladies Red Hats and with the artists at L'Atelier Studio in Janesville.”
She enjoys sharing
her expertise in art with her artist friends. Veronica and Marilyn Fuerstenberg
each month coordinate a new art show featuring area artists at the Double Dip
Deli Gallery, 180 Main St., Whitewater. Area artists appreciate that Bill Bowen;
owner of the Double Dip Deli has provided them with the D3 Gallery. Veronica was
active in planning and co-chairing the artist booths for the
Fountain-to-Fountain Arts Festival sponsored by the Whitewater Arts Alliance.
