Savory Sounds 2026 Free Concert Series
Concert Times: All concerts are held on Thursdays and begin at 11:30am.
Location: Outside the Cultural Arts Center (CAC) / Flat Iron Park (next to the Birge Fountain), 402 W Main St, Whitewater.
Rain or Shine: Normally held outdoors on the lawn. In case of bad weather both performances and food vendors will move across the street to the First English Church.
Seating: If the concert is held outside, please consider bringing a lawn chair or blanket. A few picnic tables and benches around the Birge Fountain are also available. If the concert is moved inside, seating will be provided.
Food & Refreshments: Food and other refreshments will be available from the food vendor or bring your own lunch.
Parking: CAC lot and city street parking is available with additional parking available at First English Lutheran Church.

:: A Junteenth Celebration! : Wisconsin-based gospel singer Kezia DuBose brings heartfelt vocals, uplifting energy, and genuine emotional depth to every performance.
:: Food Vendor: Q&W Food Vibes. First United Methodist Church will share red punch and red cupcakes to commemorate Juneteenth.
June 25 - The Handful of Earth Band (11:3oam-12:45pm)
:: Irish Music & Storytelling : The Handful of Earth Band highlights exceptional local traditional musicians, giving instrumentalists meaningful performance opportunities and visibility. Drawing on deep roots in Irish music and storytelling, the ensemble has become a well-known part of the Upper Midwest's traditional music landscape.

July 2 - NO CONCERT - Enjoy the 4th of July Festivities
July 9 - 1st Brigade Band (11:30am-1:00pm)
:: Civil War-Era Brass Band : More than 30 volunteers bring Civil War-era brass band music to life using authentic antique instruments and period uniforms. History you can hear! Sponsored by The 1st Brigade Band, Walworth County Historical Society, Whitewater Historical Society, and a grant from Wisconsin Arts Board. See more instruments on display inside the CAC.

July 23 - Piper Road Spring Band (11:3oam-12:4spm)
:: Bluegrass : Born in Whitewater in 1973, this beloved Wisconsin bluegrass band has shared stages with Dolly Parton and performed at the Grand Ole Opry - and they're still going strong.

July 30 - Jay Craggs & Friends (11:30am-12:45pm)
:: Jazz & Originals : Guitarist and composer Jay Craggs brings extensive experience as a headliner, sideman, and bandleader to an afternoon of jazz, originals, & great company.
